General
Playacrib is for people, single, cool and
outgoing teens, who are interested in meeting other people, for partnership,
friendship or pen pals. It is intended for personal use and may not be used
for advertisement purposes or to promote a business or professional
service.
These Terms of Service apply to all members of Playacrib,
including Playacrib CH, Playacrib EU and Playacrib AT.
By
registering at Playacrib, the member acknowledges to have read, understood and
accepts the Terms of Service. Applicable are the laws and regulations of
Switzerland, jurisdiction is in Zurich.
The name Playacrib is Trade
Mark and Copyright protected. This includes the content, along with the photos
and announcements which are property of the
members.
Registration
To register you must be at least 18
years old. The announcements must be for you and cannot be made for a third
person. The membership cannot be transferred to a third person.
Each
member must completely and satisfactorily and honestly create their profile.
It is the responsibility of each member to safeguard their Login and
Password and the access to his account.
Each member guarantees, that the
information given at the time of registration, and the information provided in
his or her profile is true and correct. Should this information later change, it
is the responsibility of the member to update his account and
profile.
Each member is required to have on his or her computer, an up to
date virus protection program, and may not, under any circumstances, upload
information or data (software, viruses, worms, or mass mail messages), that
would interfere, slow down, or sabotage the normal operation of this
website.
Announcements
It is forbidden to publish in the
announcements any name, address, phone number, Email address, website URL,
links, references to homepages, or references to another means of communication
(chat room, ICQ, etc.). It is forbidden to place announcements for any other
purpose other than for personal contact (advertisements or promotions of a
business, the sale of goods, or the offering of professional
services).
Content which is illegal, obscene, pornographic,
discriminatory, racist or generally not in good taste is forbidden and can lead
to the deletion and blocking of the member from further
membership.
Photos and videos
Each member is recommended to
provide at least one portrait photo (face recognizable), for his or her profile.
The photo should not be more than 1 year old. Photos or videos that have nothing
to do with the person, unserious photos, pictures, comics, or unrecognizable
photos will be deleted. Erotic or nude photos are allowed, as long as they are
so declared at the time of uploading, and they are your own personal amateur
photos. Photos that are obscene, depict sexual positions or suggest the offering
of professional services are not allowed and will be deleted.
The photos
must be under 600kb in size. If they are larger, you must use an image
processing program to reduce the size. Videos can not be larger than 6
MB.
Contact with other members
All members are required to
show respect for other members. It is not allowed to use this service to
threaten, harass, degrade or insult another member or a third
person.
Chain letters are not allowed.
It is not allowed to send
Emails to another member other than for the purpose of personal contact
(advertisements or promotions of a business, the sale of goods, or the offering
of professional services).
Referrals and links
Playacrib
is not responsible for any content linked or referred to from this website. We
declare that at the time that the links were incorporated into the website, no
illegal content was known to us at the linked websites. In the case of automated
link exchange services, in that it is impossible for us to check all links, we
rely on the providers assurance that all links to other websites do not conflict
with any established laws and do not contain any illegal content. If any damage
occurs by the use of information presented there, only the author of the
respective websites are liable, not the one who has linked to those websites.
Furthermore Playacrib is not responsible for any postings or messages
published by members of this website, in their profile, mails or entries made to
their guest books.
Privacy
We respect the privacy of our
members. All information provided at the time of registration will be
confidentially handles and will under no circumstances be given to a third party
or published in any way.
Liability
Although we screen each
members profile at the time of registration, we have no way of knowing their
true intent, or if the information provided is correct. There are people who use
the internet, especially international sites, for the purpose of running scams
and defrauding people. The number 1 rule for members is: never give money to
anyone, no mater what the reason is, or how sad their story is. Never give out
personal information about yourself, (including your private Email address). The
purpose of this website is for you to get to know someone while still remaining
anonymous.
The use of the services of this website is at the
responsibility of each member. We will not assume any liability for damages that
result by the use of this website.
Playacrib reserves the right to
delete, move or block any member without justification.
